2021 GROW FORWARD JP ILOILO — New school year in Japan starts April. Grow Forward JP, a web development and Japanese ESL company, prepares for the new SY students for cram school English classes. The Grow Forward JP – Grow English increased 75% in number of classes for this school year and the teachers are passionately preparing for the start of the new student’s classes. The official new school year classes started April 9, 2021.
Grow English conducts English lessons to Cram School that started 2018 aiming to give live English conversation group classes to Grade 5-6 as well as Junior High school students. A variety of classes including English vocabulary and sentence making, listening and speaking practice, as well as individual goals such as Junior High School and High School exams, EIKEN test taking practice and many more. Japanese students who joined last school year’s classes sent cards and video messages to their teachers as they graduated this March. They expressed their gratitude through entertaining Japanese games and heart-warming messages for their teachers. SY 2020 teachers are teaching new students this year using the experiences that they had in the past year, the quality of classes this year is expected to improve.
The most popular class in cram school is the English conversation group class in Grade School and Junior High School. This year, the number of enrolees in this class doubled. The previous year’s teachers are conducting online training and knowledge sharing with the new teachers for cram school classes. The training set-up has changed as Grow Forward JP is adapting to the new normal set-up. The healthy working environment that permits employee engagement even in the new normal set-up makes the class quality improvement faster. Practice classes are also done in seasonal free trial classes for cram schools as preparation for new SY classes.
Free Trial classes were conducted last March 8 – March 19, 2021 and were followed by the New School Year Short Program last March 25 – April 7, 2021. Additional regular students were recorded after the said activities. The new teachers for cram school classes shared their experiences on the first 2 weeks of classes and preparations for the said program.
